Mediations are conducted by video-conference or in person.
If all parties have already agreed to mediate, simply call or email us to discuss preferred dates and locations. We are also happy to assist in obtaining the agreement of others to mediate.
The mediation fee is $10,000 for single party, $12,500 for multi-party, and $15,000 for class actions. The mediation fee includes pre-mediation preparation time, phone calls with the parties, and post-mediation follow-up time spent on the matter. A portion of every mediation fee will be donated to an Animal Rescue Organization.
Mediation briefs should be received at least seven days prior to the mediation. Please include a detailed description of the facts and the claims, the procedural history of the case, an analysis of the respective strengths and weaknesses of each party’s position.
All participants sign a written confidentiality agreement at the outset and acknowledge that maintaining a safe, confidential space to discuss the matter is critical to our process.
Arbitrations are conducted by video-conference or in person.
Arbitration is $600 per hour for both hearing and study time.
